Welcome to mypatient dds and myteeth dds (the "Apps"), provided by expedite dds ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing and using these Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Apps.
1. Account Registration and Use
For Dentists: Dentists must create an account and choose between a free or paid subscription plan to access the services provided by the Apps. The free plan includes limited tools and restricted access to certain app features. The paid plan provides full access to all tools and features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize expedite dds to charge you recurring subscription fees. Subscription details, including pricing and renewal terms, will be specified at the time of registration.
For Patients: Patients can create a free account to access treatment plans, communicate with their dentist, and manage their dental care.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
2. Use of Services
The Apps are designed to facilitate secure communication between dentists, patients, and authorized third parties such as dental labs. Users must ensure that any information shared within the Apps complies with HIPAA and applicable regulations. You agree not to use the Apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
Dentist Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of registration. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice; however, no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods or unused services.
4. Communication and Marketing
By using the Apps, you consent to receive communications from expedite dds regarding new services, updates, promotions, and other relevant offerings that may be beneficial to you as a dentist or patient. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications.
5. Data Privacy and Security
We take data privacy seriously and ensure that all information shared through the Apps is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect user data, but you acknowledge that no digital system is completely secure.
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Apps if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in any conduct deemed harmful to other users or expedite dds.
7. Limitation of Liability
expedite dds is not responsible for the accuracy of information shared within the Apps. We do not provide medical or dental advice, and all treatment decisions should be made by licensed professionals. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from the use of the Apps.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted within the Apps and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Apps signifies your acceptance of any updated Terms.
